    Terms of Service

    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using the Cloud World Model Platform ("the Platform"), a product of Canvas Cloud AI ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

    2. Description of Service

    The Platform is a cloud infrastructure simulation environment that lets you model AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI, and DigitalOcean architectures without provisioning real cloud resources. It is intended for educational use, AI agent training, and architecture exploration. Simulation results, pricing data, and AI-generated explanations are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional cloud engineering advice.

    3. API Keys & Account Security

    • You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential.
    • You must not share API keys with unauthorized parties or embed them in publicly accessible source code.
    • You must notify us immediately at security@canvascloud.ai if you suspect a key has been compromised.
    • All actions taken with your API key are your responsibility.

    4. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to use the Platform to:

    • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
    • Perform actions that place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure (e.g., automated bulk requests beyond documented rate limits).
    • Attempt to access another user's simulations, API keys, or job data.
    • Probe for or exploit security vulnerabilities without prior written authorization.
    • Use webhook callback URLs to probe internal networks (SSRF attacks).
    • Introduce malware or otherwise interfere with the Platform's operation.
    • Resell or sublicense access to the Platform without our written consent.

    5. Intellectual Property

    All Platform software, models, documentation, and branding are owned by Canvas Cloud AI or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of simulation scenarios and data you create. You grant Canvas Cloud AI a limited license to store and process your data solely to operate the Platform.

    6. Third-Party Services

    The Platform uses OpenAI's API to generate AI explanations. Your simulation context (resource descriptions, metrics) is transmitted to OpenAI subject to OpenAI's Terms of Use. AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI, and DigitalOcean are independent companies not affiliated with Canvas Cloud AI; their pricing data displayed on the Platform is for educational simulation purposes and may not reflect current real-world rates.

    7. Disclaimer of Warranties

    THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT SIMULATION RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CANVAS CLOUD AI AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM WILL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.

    9. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Sections 5, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.

    10. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

    11. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated on the Platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
